Walter M. Hedberg, age 70 of Burlington, WI (Lily Lake) died Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at his home. Walter Michael Hedberg was born on December 8, 1947 in St. Paul. MN the son of the late Walter G. and Lois Hedberg.

Walter served in the U.S. Navy from 1965 until discharge in 1986. Following service time, he worked as a Government Contractor. He lived in Chesapeake, VA before moving to Lily Lake 3 years ago.

He enjoyed golfing. Walter is survived by: 1 son, Erik (Julie Hanlin) of Burlington, WI; 5 grandchildren, Nathan, Sarah, Autumn, April and Michael; 3 sisters, Jean (Tom) Walters of St. Paul, MN, Cheryl Sadek of St. Paul, MN and Linda Craft of Superior, WI, 2 brothers, Richard Hedberg of St. Paul, MN and Barry Hedberg of St. Paul, MN. He was preceded in death by 1 brother, Donald and a sister Anita Hedberg.

A Commital service with Military Honors will be held on Friday November 16, 2018 at 10:00AM at So. Wisconsin Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove. The Haase-Lockwood & Assoc.

Funeral Home and Crematory of Twin Lakes is serving the Hedberg Family.
