Wanda Victor, Age 94, of Troy, formerly of West Milton, passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2018, at Genesis Healthcare, Troy. She was born August 19, 1924, in Kessler, Ohio, to her parents Harry & Grayce (Winters) Fouts. Wanda graduated from Milton-Union High School and retired from the Huber Investment Corporation as an administrative assistance.

She will be missed and remembered by her children Grant L. & Nina Victor of Ludlow Falls, Cheryl Cheadle of Tipp City; grandchildren Grant A. Victor and girlfriend Athena Kheibari of Lexington, Kentucky, Seth R. & Jessica Victor of West Milton; Carrie Cheadle & Jon Bacon of Chicago, Chris Miller and girlfriend Darlene Moore of Hartsburg, Missouri; great grandchildren Kailey and Rylie Miller. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister Isabel Pederson ; son-in-law Jack Cheadle. Funeral services will be held 6:00 PM Tuesday, December 19, at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami Street, West Milton.

Pastor Lynn Mercer will officiate. Interment at Wheelock Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-6 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
