Wanda’s Obituary Wanda Lee Fleshman, 90, of Cross Lanes, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 22, 2019. She was born on September 2, 1928, in Weston, to the late William and Lettie Pumphrey. Wanda loved the Lord, was a loving mother, and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She retired from C & P Telephone where she worked as an operator. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Fleshman Sr.; sister, Joye Dillard; step-granddaughter, Tia Jenkins. She is survived by her children, Donna Casto (Mike) of Cross Lanes, David Calhoun (Teresa) of Youngsville, NC, Doug Calhoun (Lisa) of St. Albans; step-children, Karen Fleshman-Jenkins (Rick) of Loris, SC, Kelly Lynn Shamblin (Mark) of Sissonville, Bruce Wayne Fleshman of Charleston; brother, William “Bill” Pumphrey (Janette) of Clyde, OH; sister, Shirley Lavonne Stewart (Reed) of Weston; grandchildren, Adam Casto, Caitlyn Calhoun, Tyler Calhoun, Taylor Calhoun, Kylee Calhoun; step-grandchildren, Kaley Booth, Kelsey Booth, Tory Morales, Autumn Jenkins, Cassie Hall, Josiah Shamblin, Chessie Shamblin, Isaac Shamblin, Annie Shamblin; and 13 great-grandchildren.

In her later years she resided at Sweetbriar Assisted Living in Dunbar. The family would like to thank the staff of Sweetbriar for all their loving care. A funeral service will be held at 12 p.m., on Thursday, April 25, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar with Pastor Jeff Nichols officiating.

Entombment will follow in Floral Hills Gardens of Memories, Sissonville. Friends may visit two hours prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
