Ward Earl Eysaman, 72, of Havelock, passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2019, at Carolina East Medical Center. Ward honorably served in the United States Marine Corp where he retired as a Master Gunnery Sergeant. During his time in service he served in the Vietnam Era.

Ward was a member of the VFW #2514 in Havelock. He is survived by his long-time companion, Patricia Groover; daughters, Michelle Eysaman of Ilion, NY, Melissa Balch and husband Chris of Ilion, NY; son, Scott Eysaman of Ilion, NY; brother, Dick Eysaman and wife Linda of Ilion, NY; many numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and his beloved fur baby, Sophie Mae. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ward and Bertha Eysaman.
