Wayne A. Hamilton, 36, of Muncy, passed away Monday, October 15, 2018 at Muncy Valley Hospital Skilled Nursing Unit. Born August 30, 1982, in Williamsport, he was a son of Charles E. and Carol A. (Marshall) Hamilton, of Williamsport. Wayne was a 2002 graduate of Williamsport Area High School.

He enjoyed Spiderman, Elmo, and listening to Christmas music all year round. In addition to his parents surviving are his paternal grandmother, Alberta Hamilton, of Linden, and eight brothers and sisters, Vickie L. Young, of Muncy, Tina A. McMahon, of Phillipsburg, Stacey L. Hamilton, of Williamsport, Shawn E. Hamilton, of Bellefonte, Richard F. Hamilton, of Jersey Shore, Allen W. Hamilton, of Williamsport, and Matthew B. Hamilton, of Williamsport, and Ryan J. Hamilton. He was preceded in death by a brother, Charles E. Hamilton, his paternal grandfather, Norman Hamilton, and maternal grandparents Marlin and Irene Marshall.

A funeral service to honor the life of Wayne will be held 2 p.m. Friday, October 19 at Knight-Confer Funeral Home with the Rev. Louis Gatti officiating. Burial will follow in Woodward Township Cemetery.
