Obituary of Wayne Pitts Wayne L. Pitts passed away in Bellingham, Washington on Thursday February 7, 2019. He was born to Lyle and Inez Pitts on September 19, 1939 in Bellingham, Washington. He graduated from Bellingham High School in 1958 and served 4 years in the United States Navy stationed in San Francisco.

Wayne retired from Georgia Pacific where he worked for 35 years. Wayne loved spending time with his family and friends and enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating in the San Juan Islands, and camping in his new motorhome. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Dale, sister Elaine and numerous aunts and uncles.

He will be greatly missed by his daughter Lori (Ralph) Alvarado, grandaughters Candice (Ryan) Hoback, Carli Alvarado, his special friend Carol Arant and numerous relatives and close friends. Memorials may be made to Cancer Research Institute. There will be a funeral service on Tuesday, February 19th at 1:00 at Moles Farewell Tributes – Greenacres in Ferndale.
