Wieslawa Anna Goscik, age 62, of Chicago formerly of Blatystok Poland, passed away peacefully May 17, 2019 at her home; Beloved daughter of Halina, nee Tomkiel and the late Eugeniusz Dworakowski; Loving sister of Alicja Dworakowska, Elizbieta Marzena (Czeslaw Czelejewski) Czelejewska, Mariola Zofia (Barry Allan Goldstein) Goldstein; Devoted aunt of many nieces and nephews. Wieslawa worked with the Felician Sisters Convert, and the Red Apple Restaurant where she became very close to her dear friends. Her family is very grateful for the outpouring love and friendship that the Felician Sister’s and Red Apple staff has shown Wieslawa in her lifetime.

Wieslawa took the best out of every situation, never complained, and will always be known for her work ethic and being kind to everyone she met. Besides her passion for reading and knitting she also loved dancing, music and loved food, eating and was very proud to be an American. Visitation Monday, May 20th 2019 from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Muzyka & Son Funeral Home, 5776 W. Lawrence Ave, Chicago.

Family and Friends to meet Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at St. Constance Church, 5843 West Strong St, Chicago IL for 11:00 a.m. Mass. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Cancer Society, 225 Michigan Avenue #1200, Chicago IL 60601 would be greatly appreciated.
