OBITUARY Wilbert Tyrone Shiflett November 16, 1940 – September 25, 2018 On September 25, 2018, Wilbert Tyrone Shiflett passed away. He was the beloved son of the late Henry and Ressie Shiflett; devoted brother of Carnell Maxine Welsh and her husband Bill, Dawn R. Prosper, Colin D. Shiflett and his wife Mary, and the late John W. Shiflett and his late wife Virginia. Wilbert is survived by many loving nieces and nephews, as well as great-nieces and nephews.

Services and interment will be private. If desired, memorial donations may be made in Wilbert’s name to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 211 N. Highland Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21224.
