Obituary for William Anthony Thomas My most honorable father, William Anthony Thomas died April 1, 2018 in the Bronx, New York. William was born on August 29, 1958 in Bronx, New York to William and Helen Thomas. In 1976, William graduated from Evander Childs High School.
After high school, he served six years in the United States Marine Corps and earned the rank of Sergeant and was honorably discharged in 1982. Upon discharge from the Marine Corps, he worked as a Security Guard and School Safety Officer for the New York City Public School system. In April 1990, he was united in marriage to Nadine Laura Smith and had one son, Christian Michael Thomas, the proudest day of his life.
William is survived by his son, Christian Michael Thomas; brother, Michael; sister-in-law, Damaris Rodriguez-Thomas; sister, Debra A.
