William B. “Bill” Tubbs, age 65, of Bagley, passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2018. He was born in Prairie du Chien, WI, on August 6, 1953 the son of Robert and Barbara (Govier) Tubbs. Following his education, Bill was a sales consultant for a number of years at H&S Sales, specializing in cabinetry.

He then worked at Spahn & Rose Lumber Co. in Prairie du Chien until his retirement. In his free time, he enjoyed photography. Bill is survived by his siblings: Thomas (Roxanne)… Read More » Tubbs, and Beth (Bruce) Fortner; nephews: Brian and Alan (Kate) Tubbs; and an uncle, Floyd Welsch.

He was preceded in death by his parents. In keeping with Bill’s wishes, there will be no funeral services. The Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Bloomington is assisting the family.
