Society Hill, SC Mr. William Harold “Baby” Riley, age 67, entered into rest on Sunday, March 3, 2019. The family will host a Celebration of “Baby’s” Life at 2:00 PM Saturday, March 9, 2019 at the home, 113 E C Chapman Road, Society Hill, SC with a potluck dinner to follow. Mr. Riley was born August 25, 1951 in Cheraw, SC a son of the late John Rufus and Eva Bryant Chapman Riley.

He was a self-employed mechanic who could work on anything. An avid outdoorsman, Baby enjoyed drag racing, working in his yard, and riding four wheelers. He most enjoyed time spent with family and they fondly remember his words, “Baby is always right!

” In addition to his parents, Mr. Riley was also preceded in death by his siblings, Juanita Watford, Glenn “Jockey” Chapman, James “Cricket” Riley, and John Clyde “Chepper” Riley. Survivors include his children, Kelly (Clyde McDowell) Moen, and William Anthony (Lori) Riley of Society Hill, SC; grandchildren, Brandy Quick, Wayne Moen, Carolann Riley, John Riley, and Jamie Welchert; great grandchildren, Savanah Quick, Joshua Quick, and Jordan Moen; brother, Henry “Son” Chapman of Society Hill, SC, and sister, Helen Bethea of NC; and numerous nieces and nephews.
