Obituary for William “Bill” Austin Boyd JR. William “Bill” Austin Boyd of Ironton, MO passed away on December 17, 2018 at the age of 81 years, 2 months, and 13 days. Bill was born on October 4, 1937 in Potosi, MO, a son of the late William SR.

and leona Byrd Boyd. On February 5, 1977 he was united in marriage to Carolyn Branch Boyd who survives. Surviving are one daughter Jacqulyn Jones of Cape Girardeau, three brothers; Nathan (Pamela) Boyd of St. Louis, Ollie (Donna) Boyd of St. Louis, and Danny Boyd of Ironton, one grandchild, and a host of loving family and friends.

Preceding Bill in rest are his parents, one brother Samuel Aaron Boyd, and one sister Leanna Mae Bollinger. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 21, 2018 at 1:00 pm from the Cole family chapel. A visitation period will be held on Friday at 11:00 am.

Rev. Ollie Boyd will be officiating the funeral services. Interment will be held in Parkview Cemetery.
