Durow, age 86, of Hastings, passed away December 17, 2018 after a long battle with Parkinsons. Bill was a life long dairy and crop farmer in Washington County. He was preceded in death by parents, Edward and Myrtle Durow.

Bill is survived by wife, Marilyn; daughter, LeAnn (Michael) Marshall; sons, William A. (Jody) Durow; Robert (Lauri) Durow; and Bryan Durow; 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; sister, Violet Durow; and a host of other relatives and friends. A Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Resurrection United Methodist Church of Hastings, 615 15th St. W., Hastings with Pastor Chris Kneen officiating. Immediately following the funeral service, a reception will be held at church.

Interment will be held at Old Cottage Grove Cemetery in Cottage Grove. Family and friends are cordially invited to a visitation from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday evening (12/26) at Caturia, Smidt & Starkson Funeral Home & Crematory, 201 7th St. E., Hastings and for one hour prior to the service Thursday morning at church. Arrangements are being completed by Caturia, Smidt & Starkson Funeral Home & Crematory of Hastings.
