OBITUARY William Delano Corne July 8, 1945 – January 22, 2019 William D. Corne 73, of Beech Grove, passed away on January 22, 2019. He was born July 8, 1945. Bill graduated from Harry E. Wood High School in Indianapolis and immediately joined the Army.

He served in the Vietnam conflict. After a 20 year Army career, Bill retired, and settled down in Beech Grove. He happily lived in a Beech Grove Meadows apartment for the last seven years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Blythe and E. Faye Corne, and his sister, Sherry and a niece, Kathleen. Bill is survived by his sisters Audrey, Edith and a niece and several nephews. As requested, Bill was cremated and no public services are planned.

The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date. . Services entrusted to Little and Sons Beech Grove Funeral Home.
