William E. Cecconello, Jr., 68, of Greensburg died Friday, December 14, 2018 in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital. He was born June 28, 1950, in Greensburg, a son of the late William E., Sr., and Mildred Beddick Cecconello. He previously worked at Jeannette Specialty Glass.

He was a veteran of the US Marine Corp. having served during the Vietnam War. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, John and Richard Cecconello.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Caroline Fletcher Cecconello, two sons, William E. Cecconello III and his wife Stacy of Westmoreland City and Jason Cecconello and his wife Nicole of Greensburg, five grandchildren, two sisters, Mildred Gillespie of Greensburg and Barbara Ann Nemec and her husband Lawrence of Turkeytown, his dog Bob, and numerous nieces and nephews. Respecting William’s wishes, there will be no visitation. Interment will be private.
