OBITUARY William Francis Neville July 31, 1936 – November 3, 2018 On November 3, 2018 William F. Neville beloved husband of Gail Neville (nee Sheppard); devoted father of Billy and Joan, Glen and Barbara, Louise and Mike, Michele and George, Vickey and Brian, Kellie and Marty, Anthony and Jean; dear brother of Dorothy; also survived by 15 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. A Celebration of life will be held at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd 1515 Emmorton Rd. Bel Air, MD 21014 on Saturday at 1 PM.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate contributions to the charity of your choice in Bill’s memory.
