He was born in Columbus OH on September 27, 1970 to Clarence and Patricia Burnette. He is survived by his wife Tina; daughter Amber Burnette; step son Randy Bates; step daughter Andrea (Jon) Salinas; step son Aaron Brown; grandson Jayden; sisters; brothers; cousins; nieces and nephews.

. Besides his parents Howard is predeceased by his step son Richard Itson and other family members. He was a wonderful husband, father, Peepaw, brother, cousin and friend to many.

He is with God now and resting comfortably in Heaven but will forever live in our hearts and memories.
