Obituary for William J. Gober Sr. William J. Gober, Sr., 57, of Collingdale formerly of Drexel Hill, passed away on July 6, 2018. Mr. Gober was born in Drexel Hill to the late Benjamin and Dorothy Gober. Bill was a graduate of Upper Darby High School and a longtime active member of First Baptist Church of Collingdale, where he was involved in youth activities the maintenance club and an usher many years.

Mr. Gober enjoyed fishing, wood crafting, hunting, the beach and was an avid Flyers fan. Bill had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. Predeceased by sister Susan Reed.

Survivors: Loving wife of 19 years Stephanie (nee Lane) Gober; children, Lindsay M. (Brian) Zdun, Lauren M. Gober and William J. Gober, Jr.; grandchildren, Rylie and Brian Zdun, Jr.; sisters, Kathleen Erdosy and Patricia Gober; brother, Benjamin H. Gober, Jr. Visitation: Wednesday, 6:00 PM at the Williams Lombardo Funeral Home 33 W. Baltimore Ave. Clifton Heights. Funeral Service: Wednesday, 8:00 PM at the Williams Lombardo Funeral Home.
