He was born in Martin County, KY, on October 8, 1919, to the late Ida Mae (Mead) Thomas Jay Damron. He was a W.W. II Air Force Veteran; and retired from the I T T Continental Bakery ~ Hostess after 35 years of service.

He was a member of Community Harvest Church in Germantown. William loved to coon hunt and enjoyed horseback riding. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Joan M. (Kunz) Damron; his children, Audrey “Jeannie” Damron and Thomas Jay Damron; his grandchildren, William Thomas Jay Damron, Chase Alexander Damron and Makinsey Jaylynn Damron.

The family will receive friends 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. (2 hours prior to the Service), March 16, 2019, at the Community Harvest Church, 6970 Weaver Road, Germantown, OH, with Pastor Duane Harney officiating. If desired memorial contributions may be made to Community Harvest Church.
