Obituary for Mr. William Lane Eaton William Lane Eaton, 75, of Tallahassee, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 12, 2018, after a short illness. The oldest child of the late William A. Eaton and Evelyn Frances Lane Eaton, he was born in Marietta, Georgia on October 28, 1942. He was a banker who worked for many years with Capital City Bank.

He was a lover of the outdoors and had a passion for bass fishing. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Theda Ann Evans Eaton; children, Chris Eaton (Lisa) and Stephen Eaton (Mandy); grandchildren, Lindsay, Jocelyn and Greyson Eaton; sister, Jeannie D’Haeseleer (Walter) and brother, Michael Eaton. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Thursday, October 18, 2018, at Abbey Funeral Home.

Private funeral services will be held at Tallahassee Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Francis Wildlife Association. Online condolences may be expressed at www.
