William Randolph Hiner, 54, resident of Grottoes, passed away peacefully Saturday, December 1, 2018 in Fishersville, VA He was born February 14, 1964 in Augusta county, son of Dale Richard Hiner and the late Barbara Ann Sheets. He was predeceased by his brother Douglas Ray Hiner. He is survived by his sister Cindy and her husband Kevin Warren of Grottoes; his nephew Brandon Warren; and special friends Dawn Johnson and Mildred Thielman.
