Obituary of William Kennedy William Brent Kennedy, born October 1, 1975, was called home to God following a cardiac arrest on February 3, 2019. William is survived by his loving wife, Jordan Glassco, and their beloved dogs Wyatt and Jed Hundobun. He is also survived by his parents, Billy and Tan Kennedy; brother Michael (Lisa) Kennedy; sisters Tina (Matt Anderson) Kennedy, Cheryl (Chris) Reul, and Tara (Kevin) Tenant; his nieces and nephews Zack, Josie, Wesley, Grace, Henry, Asher, Ezra, and Callum; parents-in-law, Stan and Mary Glassco; brothers-in-law Lee and Clay Glassco; and many extended family members and friends.

William was raised in Woodhaven and graduated from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. A longtime employee of Ford Motor Company, like his father before him, he had a Master’s Degree in supply chain management. William was quick with a big grin to all who greeted him, and was unfailingly kind and genuine.

He was an avid supporter of Michigan football, and a terrific guitar player. He enjoyed traveling with his wife to destinations with abundant tiki art, which he long collected. William could be seen at countless track meets, football games, and art exhibitions supporting his beloved family, who will miss him immensely.

Visitation will be held on February 6, 2019, from 2:00 p.m. at Molnar Funeral Home in Brownstown, MI, located at 23700 West Road, Brownstown, MI. The visitation will be followed by a funeral service on February 7, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with a short viewing at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Woods Catholic Church located at 21892 Gudith Rd. Woodhaven, MI followed by a luncheon celebrating William’s life at Brownstown Community Center, located at 21311 Telegraph Rd, Brownstown, MI.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in his honor to Volunteers of America.
