Obituary of William Stamp William J. Stamp of Lockport, NY passed away on Wednesday January 2, 2019 at home. Born on October 31, 1949 in Lockport, he was the son of Joseph T. and Dorothy F. Scheitheir Stamp. Stamps Tire was opened in 1956 by Bill’s father and after his death, Bill and his mother ran the gas station and repair shop until her death in 2003.

He lived for and loved the shop, was a devoted father and member of the Knights of Columbus. Surviving Bill are his children, Michelle Carson, Thomas (Jessica) Stamp, Michael Stamp and William (Elizabeth) Stamp II; grandchildren, Daniel Fiegel, II and Taylor Fiegel, Hunter and Anthony Stamp, Shelby Eaton and Judson and Warren Stamp and several cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:00 AM at All Saints R.C. Parish, 76 Church Street.

Interment in St. Patrick’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church. Condolences may be offered to the family at langefuneralhomeinc.com.
