He leaves to cherish his memories step-father, Jerry Maurice Davis, Jr. of Albany, Georgia; five brothers, Bobby Burks of Albany, Georgia, Anthony Burks and Darryl Burks both of Cairo, Georgia, Charlie Burks of Dooly County, Georgia and Christopher Burks of Moultrie, Georgia; five sisters, Margaret Burks and Yvone Edge both of Albany, Georgia, Shirley Burks of Tallahassee, Florida, Teresa Newsome (Muhammed) of Albany, Georgia and Monica Burks of Cairo, Georgia; four uncles, Johnny Owens of Cape Cod, Florida, Jimmy Lee Owens (Gloria) of Moultrie, Georgia, David Lee Owens of Tallahassee, Florida, and Tommie Lee Owens of Thomasville, Georgia; five aunts, Amy Gene Edwards of Warner Robins, Georgia, Diane Hightower of Tallahassee, Florida, Jewel Allen (Lloyd) and Jeanette Porter (Archie) both of Moultrie, Georgia, and Rosa Spradley of Thomasville, Georgia; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
