Willie was born on April 4, 1954 in Gilmer, TX to Horace D. and Alene White Jeffery. He was an avid fisherman and loved his Dallas Cowboys.

Willie will forever be cherished by his wife, Jamie Jeffery; daughter Kenisha Carroll of Houston, sons Gabriel Payne and Tristan Biggers both of Houston; step children: Jon Soto of Powderly, Kaled Soto of Paris, I’Leah Reynolds of Reno, Michael Johnson and Terrance Johnson of Cooper, Dontrail Williams of Paris, Katrina Carroll of Dallas, Clarissa Carroll and Lajuanda Carroll both of Houston; sisters: Annie Wiley of Cooper, Annette Robertson of Dallas, Virginia Jeffery of Paris and Ella Simmons (Larry) of Reno; brothers: Robert Jeffery of Ft. Worth, Jimmy Earl Jeffery of Dallas and Horace D. Jefferey Jr. of Paris. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and a host of nieces and nephews.

Willie is preceded in death by his father Horace D, Jeffery; mother Alene White Jeffery; sister Dorathy B. Hill; brother Charles H. Jeffery and stepson Roland Williams. Visitation will be Friday, January 18, 2019 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Paris New Generation Church in Paris, TX, Services will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at the Paris New Generation Church located in Paris, TX. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery in Cooper, TX.
