Obituary for Wilma Jean Cunningham Denton WILMA JEAN CUNNINGHAM DENTON, age 81, born September 12, 1936, of Kodak, TN passed away April 7, 2018 after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s disease. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 31 years, Fred Denton; her parents, Arlie and Grace Ball Cunningham; brothers, Ronald and David Cunningham; and daughter-in-law, Rebecca Valentine. She is survived by her brothers, Jerry (Carolyn) Cunningham and Calvin Cunningham; children, Jesse (Shellie) Valentine, Edward (Rhonda) Stafford, Patricia Haun, Andrew Thomas Cooper; children by marriage, Deborah (Buddy) Roach, Vicky (Jim) Lynch, and Mark (Paulette) Denton; special granddaughter and caregiver, Megan Denton Sizemore; and many other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at Farrar Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday at Caledonia Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
