I had the great pleasure of meeting Winkiy at Toyota. The first time I met her she was so sweet and she left an impression on me. She made my day every day even on the worst of day.
Her smile is contagious and I will miss it,and holding up the line just to talk a little with her and get a hug and giving her a keychain from where ever I had gone. She was a wonderful woman and she will be missed dearly. Work has not been the same without her.
My condolences to her family. Amanda Revillas – 10 hours ago Comment Share this: Facebook Twitter BUY NOW Fairest of All was purchased for the family of Winkie Walker. Yesterday at 10:02 AM WJ My great aunt Winkie was a truly beautiful person.

From: Aramark & Toyota Family – May 09 at 12:47 PM LA Aunt Winkie was the life of the party; the adventurer; the glue that held the family together.
She was always the one who would drop everything, spend her very last dime, reach out and extend every ounce of what little she had, to help, to guide and to offer solace to any of us, in our times of need. She always wanted her family to be together and get together to laugh and remember better days. I can’t remember a family function where she wasn’t in the middle of it; her and her delicious pies, cakes and salads.
Some of my fondest memories were summers spent between Grannie and Grandpas farm and Aunt Winkie’s house. Countless hours spent running us kids around the Southside, for movies, Brackenridge Park, swimming, the zoo, every summer, she made sure we had plenty to do, even though she had been working all morning at the hospital. She often would play with us in her front yard or at the farm when we would play baseball, football or even tennis.
She helped me to learn to drive down Grannie’s dirt road in that yellow Gran Torino wagon, with all the cousins hanging on for dear life as we each had a turn. She was so much fun when I was a kid. She was so full of life.
Even today, when I think of her, I can hear her infectious laugh. When I picture her in my head, I see her smiling. She was always smiling; always talking about the ‘good ole days’ and always positive.
I will miss you, Aunt Winkie. Just know, you had a positive impact on my life and you were dearly loved. Your niece, Lacy lacy – May 08 at 01:51 AM Comment Share this: Facebook Twitter RM She was my mom she was the most caring person in the world.
