Graveside funeral services for Mr. W.S. Powell, age 92, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, March 23, 2018 at Oaky Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Keith Powell officiating. Mr. Powell was born March 13, 1926 in Soperton, Georgia; he was preceded in death by his parents, Essary Powell and Maude Sanders Powell and his wife, Wynell Powell.

The family will receive friends at the home of Brenda Soles, 857 Moore’s Chapel Road, Wrightsville, GA, from 1:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Wednesday March 21, 2018 and Thursday, March 22, 2018.

Pallbearers will be Eric Caneega, Michael Gilbert, Luis Soto, Blake Ferrell, Patrick Wheeler, Scottie Knapp and Landon Gilbert. Stanley Funeral Home and Crematory/Wrightsville Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
