Obituary for ZACHARY JOSEPH RAYMOND RAYMOND, ZACHARY JOSEPH, a successful investment banker and finance professional has passed away at the age of 56. His parents Joseph and Alyce Raymond. Alyce, the former New York Buyer’s model; and Joseph the Associate Director of the UCLA Medical Center and Associate Dean of the UCLA Medical School.

In his career as an Investment Banker he specialized in Municipal Finance from 1990 until 2011 with Lehman Brothers, initially in New York, and then in Florida from 1994. Zach established AFS | Latin America LLC in 2011 to pursue investment opportunities in Latin America with a principal focus on Colombia. Zach married the former Mayerling Martinez in 2005 and they enjoyed a loving marriage.

Zach is survived by his wife Mayerling, siblings Anthea, Toby, Briony, Melissa and Joshua; and his nephews Peter and Charles Starr. Public viewing to be held at Van Orsdel Family Funeral Chapel, Midtown from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Friday, June 29. Memorial service to be held in St. Patrick’s Church, Miami Beach at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 30.
