We are very sorry to announce the passing of Zelda Lacy, formerly of Pharsalia, NY, who passed on May 23, 2018 in Greenville, South Carolina. Zelda was born in Brooklyn, NY in 1935, to Abraham and Ray Zuckerman. She worked for the Chenango Co. Department of Social Services in Norwich, NY from 1978-1995.

Zelda was a much beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend to many. She will be sorely missed. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Duane E. Lacy, USAF Msgt (Ret), also formerly of Pharsalia, her son Benjamin P. Lacy, daughter-in-law, Debra Lacy and grandsons, Joshua and Michael of Greer, SC, as well as her daughter, Rhonda Farrell and her son-in-law, Matthew Farrell of Woodhaven, NY and her sister, Paula Zuckerman of New York, NY.

Graveside services for Zelda will be held on Tuesday, May 29, 2018, at 10:30 a.m. at the Wayside Rest (Pharsalia Hook) Cemetery.
