He is survived by his wife, Amelia Lopez Benitez also by his daughter, Mayra Leticia Vasquez and his sons, Angel Benitez and Gustavo Adolfo Benitez. He is also survived by his 8 grand-children, and his brothers and sisters also his nieces and nephews.
