OBITUARY Agnes Cash April 8, 1924 – October 8, 2018 WEST COLUMBIA – Agnes Bronnell Cash was born April 8, 1924, in Barnwell County, to Agnes and John Croft. She graduated from Williston-Elko High School and attended Draughon’s Business School. During WWII, she was employed with the Port of Embarkation in Charleston.

She later moved to Columbia where she met and married William Charles Cash. They were married 57 years before he died. She was one of seven children and the last surviving member of her immediate family.

She is survived by her son, Bill Cash and wife, Harriette, of Lexington and daughter, Myra Cash of West Columbia. She has two grandchildren, Billy Cash and wife, Kim, and granddaughter, Melissa Cash Dooley, all of Lexington. She was blessed with three great-grandchildren, Jackson Cash, Emma Grace Cash and Alexis Grace Dooley.

They were the joys of her life and she loved spending time with them. She is survived by many nieces and nephews, including special nephew, Ephraim Ulmer and wife, Lynn, of Columbia. She was a loving sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

We rejoice in knowing she is well again in the presence of her Heavenly Father. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church in Lexington, and the family requests memorials be made to Global Missions at Northside Baptist. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 12, 2018 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel, with interment to follow at Woodridge Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Special thanks to Dr. Craig Maylath and Dr. C. W. Hendricks for their compassion and care provided.
