OBITUARY Roger E. Jeffcoat October 16, 1953 – September 29, 2018 GASTON – A graveside service for Roger E. Jeffcoat, 64, will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at Lexington Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel. Memorials may be made to SC Autism Society, 806 12th St., West Columbia, SC 29169.

Roger was born October 16, 1953 in Columbia, SC, and passed away on Saturday, September 29, 2018. He was a son of the late Alvia Jeffcoat and Jessie Mae Spires. An avid Gamecock fan and a lifelong pool player, he loved his family and his dog, Cinderella.

Roger was very caring and thoughtful of others. He is survived by his wife, Trisha Jeffcoat of Gaston; sons, Alvin Jeffcoat of WV and Stacy Jeffcoat of Marion; brother, Alvin Jeffcoat (Roxanne) of Gaston; sister, Cathy Rakowsky (John) of West Columbia; step-daughter, Hayden Callaway and step-son, Christopher Callaway, both of Gaston. He was predeceased by his step-father, Rhoden Spires and brother, Oral Jeffcoat.
