Albert Lalime June 22, 1926 – January 09, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Send Sympathy Gifts Sign Guestbook| View Guest Book Entries| Send Sympathy Card Albert Lalime, 92, of Stonington, CT husband of the late Eileen S.(Bessette) Lalime died unexpectedly, Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at home. Born in Central Falls, RI he was the son of the late Alexandre and Emilia (Beauregard) Lalime and lived in Stonington for most of his life. He was employed with Brustolon Buick & GMC in Mystic for many years, retiring in 1988.

Albert is survived by his four step-sons, Eugene S. Bessette (Nancy) of Pawcatuck, John H. Bessette (Yong) of Groton, Peter E. Bessette (Carolyn) of Pawcatuck and David T. Bessette (Susan) of Pawcatuck; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and three nephews. He was predeceased by his numerous brothers and sisters and a grandson. His family will receive relatives and friends Wednesday, January 16th from 4-6 pm at the Mystic Funeral Home on Route 1 in Mystic.

A funeral mass will be celebrated Thursday, at 11:00 am at St. Mary Church, Stonington. Following his mass, he will be buried at St. Mary Cemetery, in Stonington with U.S. Navy funeral honors. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Edmund’s Retreat PO Box 399 Mystic, CT.
