Alexander Pal, age 58, of Royal Oak, passed away March 12, 2019. Survived by his loving brother Gabriel Pal and his wife Takako Shigematsu Pal, his nephew Gabriel and niece Magdalena. Also survived by his beloved fiancée Charlene Govaere, her children Benjamin and Jasmine Govaere, and extended family in Hungary, Germany and Argentina.

Predeceased by his parents Gabriel and Carolina Pal. Alexander was employed as a mechanical engineer for General Dynamics, where he was involved in the development of the A-1 Abrams tank. He also was a tremendously talented painter and photographer, as well as a gifted musician, who wrote and composed his own music.

A widely renowned Tango dancer, Alexander will be remembered for his passion and grace in the Tango community. A memorial service will be held, date and time pending, at the Wm. Sullivan and Son Funeral Home, 705 W 11 Mile Road (4 blocks E of Woodward), Royal Oak.
