Hurst, Betty Joy. Age 68. March 9, 2019.

Beloved wife of the late James Hurst. Dear mother of Tina Hurst, Heather (Joe) Tang, and Jamie Hurst. Proud grandmother of Timothy Hurst and Brittany Tang.

Loving sister of the late Fred White III, Art White, Richard McCullough, and Mary Ellen Guthrie. Daughter of the late Fred Johnson White Jr. and M. Ellen White. Betty volunteered at various churches, most recently at Warren Community Church.

She will be remembered as a devout Christian. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 19, from 3 pm until time of memorial service 7 pm, at the Wm. Sullivan and Son Funeral Home, 705 W. Eleven Mile Road (4 blocks E. of Woodward), Royal Oak.
