Alice McKay passed away on March 19, 2019 at Rahway Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Alice was born in Jamaica Queens, NY residing in Winfield Park, NJ finally settling in Iselin, NJ in 1961. She was a member of the American Legion Post 248 Ladies’ Auxiliary.

Alice was predeceased by her husband Robert McKay, Sr., her son Robert McKay, Jr., her parents, Henry and Edna Bernstein, her sister Carole Ann Kartikis, and sisters-in-law Patricia Mesgleski, Carolyn Smith and Virginia Moller. Surviving are her four daughters Catherine (Dwight) Ennis, Joan (Jimmy Nemes) Risko, Jeanne (George) Gilsenan, Judith (Henry) McKay-Devenny, and one son James (Tracey) McKay; eight grandchildren J.R. (Yesenia), Nicholas, Amanda (Jeremy), Kaitlyn, Shaun, Ryan, Harry and Colleen; one great-granddaughter Arianna and three great-grandsons Jay, Nicholas and Hudson. As well as siblings Henry (Joyce) Burns, Fred (Amy) Bernstein, Linda (Robert) Anderson, Steffi-Jo (Paul) DeCasas, sister-in-law Elaine Schaul and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday March 24, 2019 from 1:00 pm to 5:00pm at the GOSSELIN FUNERAL HOME, 660 New Dover Road, Edison. Funeral Services Monday March 25, 2019 at 10:00 am at the Funeral Home followed by a 11:15 am Mass at St Cecelia Church, Iselin. Burial at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
