Obituary Edmore – Alice Irene Evitts, age 97, of Vestaburg, MI, passed away on Friday, September 7, 2018 at Schnepp’s Senior Care of St. Louis. Alice was born and raised in Ferris Township on April 19, 1921, the daughter of Daniel and Helen (Wood) Bollinger. Alice graduated from Vestaburg High School and then continued her education at Lansing Cosmetology.

Alice is survived by her children Dawn Humphrey of Vestaburg, and Ron (Shelley) Evitts of Thompsonville; nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren. Alice was preceded in death by her husband Lester Evitts; parents Daniel and Helen Bollinger; daughter Janet Hoffman; son-in-law ElJay Humphrey; and grandson Trevor Scott Humphrey. Respecting Alice’s wishes, cremation will take place and private services will take place at a later date.
