Obituary for Alice June Sneed Alice June Sneed age 82 of Dayton died unexpectedly Saturday morning, June 23, 2018 in Rhea Medical Center. June was born in Dayton on April 28, 1936 the daughter of the late Scott and Mabel (Ward) Taylor. She was also preceded in death by her first husband Thurman Harris and her daughter Delores Colbaugh Lindsay.

June was a life long resident of Dayton and was a graduate of Rhea Central High School. She retired from Pioneer Credit and enjoyed yard sales, camping and especially her grandchildren. She was a member of White Oak Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Dewey Sneed of Dayton, her son, Don (Carrie) Harris of Spring City, five grandchildren, Christee (Josh) Ark, Clint (Janie) Colbaugh, Randy Harris, April Harris Zieglar and Mackie (Susan) Harris, three great-grandchildren, Cameron Poole, Cash Colbaugh and Emma Zieglar. June is also survived by Dewey’s extended family who live in Arkansas. Funeral services for June will be held Monday at 12 noon in the funeral home chapel with Rev.

Carl Hunsucker and Rev. Bart Slikker officiating. She will be laid to rest in Rhea Memory Gardens.
