Alice Kaye Ames, 68, a resident of Cleveland TN passed away on Friday, July 20, 2018 at a healthcare facility. Alice was born November 7, 1949 to George Myrick Hewitt and Alfrida Anderson Hewitt in Birmingham, AL. she was a student at Bradley high school and retired from Schering Plough as a secretary.

She as dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her parents, George Myrick Hewitt and Alfrida Anderson Hewitt; daughter, Terri Renee Phillips;… Read More » father-in-law, George Kenneth Ames Sr She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband, George Kenneth Ames Jr.; son, Jason (Jennifer) Phillips; grandchildren, Ariana Lowe, Davin Phillips, Christian Phillips, Levi Brown and Cooper Brown; sisters, Jean Hewitt Inscho and Barbara Hewitt Revell; mother-in-law, Frieda Hewitt; sister-in-law, Susan (Jim) Strite; along with several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life service will be scheduled at a later date and time. A special thank you to the nurses and staff at Bradley Healthcare as well as Barbara Anderson Bailes, a dear friend to Alice and the family.
