Theron Edward “Moe” Smith, 78, a lifelong resident of Decatur, TN passed away on Thursday, July 12, 2018 at his home. He was born in Decatur on December 2, 1939 a son of the late Edgar & Ruby Smith. Moe was of the Baptist faith.

He was known by many for his ability to repair small engines. Moe loved hunting, fishing and was a country boy who enjoyed being at home.
