Allen was born August 29, 1953 in Jonesboro, Ark. , the son of Ira Creed and Alice Stahl. He married Beverly Ann Williams on May 21, 1988.

Survivors: Wife of 30 years, Beverly Stahl; children, Cory Stahl and wife, Kelli, LeAnn Stahl; siblings; Melony Stahl and Tim Stahl; and numerous family and friends that love him.
