Allen Wallace, Lexington, KY, passed peacefully from this world on Wednesday, December 19, 2018. He was born April 24, 1967 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He leaves to cherish his memory, daughter Mackenzie Diane Wallace and son Gabriel Putnam Wallace, parents Mary Ida and Larry Gray and Skip and Jeannie Wallace; siblings Jamie (Rebecca) Wallace, Kim (John) Helmuth, Patrick (Rebecca) Wallace, and Heather (Chris) Campbell; former spouse, Christina Peyton, and 14 nieces and nephews.
He also leaves… behind a large host of cousins and dear friends both near and far. Allen spent 20 years working alongside friends and colleagues at Copy Express, designing and printing beautiful projects for many clients. He also enjoyed photography, often snapping priceless moments of high school and college graduations.
Allen graduated from Putnam City North High School in 1985 and attended Oklahoma State University. To know Allen was to be instant friends with him. He had a kind word for everyone he met and was never shy about giving a heartfelt compliment.
He loved all children and made it his mission to be the fun uncle to all his nieces and nephews. He loved watching UK sports with friends and brothers and especially enjoyed sharing his love of soccer with his son, Gabe. He was a smitten father to his daughter Mackenzie and was wrapped around her finger from birth.
