Obituary for Allison “Ally” S. Jacobs Print Allison “Ally” Jacobs, age 19, passed away peacefully at her home on January 30, 2019. She was born in Fort Wayne to Matt and Michelle Jacobs, who survive. Ally graduated from North Side High School in 2018 and worked at Starbucks as a barista.

She is also survived by her siblings, Ashley Jacobs, Nick Jacobs, and Jordan Jacobs all of Fort Wayne; grandparents, Sandy Vick, Candy Jacobs, and Steve & Shirley Jacobs; significant other, Jacob Bowden; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Service is 11:00 am, Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St. with calling one hour prior. Calling also Tuesday, February 5, 2019 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
