Alma Jean Jones, 84, of Houston, Texas, passed from this life into her heavenly home on June 21, 2018. Known to family and friends as Jean, she was born June 13, 1934 in Lauderdale County, Alabama to parents, Ira Talmadge Hall Sr. and Eleanor Hazel (Donaldson) Hall. She was a homemaker who married her high school sweetheart, Henry Edward Jones on May 3, 1952 and she was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed.

She is preceded in death by her parents, by one brother… Read More » Ira. T. Hall, Jr. and one sister, Christine Kirkland. She is survived by her devoted husband of 66 years, Ed Jones; by daughter, Sandra Flarity and husband, Wes Flarity; grandchildren, Alicia Flarity and Patrick Flarity; as well as by sisters, Mary Llewellyn and Ann Stahl & husband, Robert; by brother-in-law, Ralph Jones; as well as by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

The family invites you to join them Monday, June 25, 2018 at Carter-Conley Funeral Home, for a brief visitation from 12:30 to 1:30 with a celebration of life service starting at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow in San Jacinto Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Carter-Conley Funeral Home.
