Althea Gail Patterson Jones, 64, of Saltsburg, passed away on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born Friday, July 23, 1954 in Indiana, Pa. , the daughter of Wilmer S. and Alberta Daily Patterson.

Gail worked as a Secretary/Clerical for Weimer’s Salvage Yard for over 24 years. She enjoyed playing the lottery, scratch off tickets and playing cards with her friends. She is survived by her son, Charlie Patterson (Kristy Smith) of Saltsburg and a daughter, Jennifer Jones Codling and her husband, James, of Reading, England, 3 grandchildren, Lucas and Logan Codling and Ethan Clever, her adopted mother, Carla Eichman of Indiana, 10 siblings, Charles Patterson of Indiana, Ruth Gubbins of Illinois, Shelly Patterson of Illinois, Revail Hastings and wife, Barb, of Avonmore, Rodney Patterson of Clarksburg, Bonnie Coleman of Saltsburg, Terry Patterson and his wife, Jeni, of South Carolina, Bobby Eichman of Penn State, William Eichman and his wife, Marissa, of Penn State and Gregg Eichman and his wife Maria of Texas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Jones, her adopted father, William G. Eichman, 5 brothers, David Patterson, Wilmer Patterson, Leon Patterson, Clark Patterson , Arthur Patterson and a sister, Darlene Bittinger. At her request, all funeral arrangements were private.
