OBITUARY Althea Phillips December 26, 1925 – November 17, 2018 Althea Phillips age 92 of Toms River died Saturday November 17th. She was born in Passaic, she lived in Paramus, Normandy Beach and Brielle before moving to Toms River 25 years ago. She participated in several charitable works at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, Berkeley Twp.

She was predeceased by her husband Franklin in 2016 and her son Franklin M. in August of this year. Surviving is her 2 daughters Barbara P. Gangale and her husband John P., Carol D. Marino and her husband Louis, 6 grandchildren Elizabeth, Margaret, Katherine, Sarah, Alex and Michelle, 3 great grandchildren Caitlyn, Joshua and Trinity. Visiting will be Monday November 26th from 10 am until a funeral service at 12 noon at the Quinn Hopping Funeral Home 26 Mule Rd.

Toms River. Entombment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Toms River.
