Obituary for Alvin Gillispie Alvin “AL” Gillispie, 82, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away on Friday, June 22, 2018. Al is preceded in death by his wife; Barbara, sons; David and John, parents; Chester and Amanda, brothers; Ennis and Eugene and sister; Ethel. Al is survived by his children; Steve (Nancy) Gillispie, Angel “Yvonne” (Kevin) Daulton, and Linda (Rob) Gillispie, 4 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and special friend, John.

Al was an avid bowler, a man of great faith and a passionate lover of life. He will be missed by his buddies at McDonalds on South High and he will be seeing you all again one day. A visitation for Al will be held on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 from 11 am to 12 pm at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High St., Worthington, Ohio.

A service will follow at 12 pm. Interment will be held at Sunset Cemetery. Condolences may be made to the family at www.
