Amara “Angelle” Angelle Richards of Irving, Texas April 3, 1966 – March 28, 2019 Amara C. “Angelle” Richards, 52, a resident of Irving for the past 20 years, died March 28, 2019 at Baylor, Scott, and White Medical Center in Grapevine. She was born April 3, 1966 in Ibadan, Nigeria, the daughter of Obioha and Olu Nwana of Nigeria. She was married to Ernest Richards December 13, 1997 in Nigeria.

A banker, she had a Doctorate in Economics. She was a member of Calvary Church in Irving. Survivors include her husband, Ernest of Irving; her children, Emmanuel Richards and Marie Richards; parents, Obioha and Olu Nwana of Nigeria; two sisters, Ijeoma Kene-Ewulu of Atlanta, Georgia and Nicole Okereke of Columbia, South Carolina; two brothers, Obioha Nwana and Chima Nwana, both in Nigera; and several nieces and nephews.

There will be a viewing 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Friday, May 17, 2019 at Donnelly’s Colonial Funeral Home, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving. Later at 7:00 p.m. Friday, May 17, 2019 at the Student Center of Calvary Church, 4401 N. Hwy 161 in Irving, TX 75038 there will be a Service of Songs. The funeral will be at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, May 18, 2019 in the Main Worship Center of of Calvary Church.

Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park, 7405 West Northwest Highway in Dallas.
