Amber “Rusty”‘s Obituary Amber Russell “Rusty” Faile Jr., 47, of Gastonia, passed away December 30, 2018. He was born January 5, 1971, a native of Gaston County, the son of Gail Lewis Faile and the late Amber Russell Faile Sr. Rusty loved to play football and basketball and enjoyed weightlifting. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sons, Brandon and Kayden Faile; daughters, Amber Faile Hughes, and Maddie, Kyla and Destiny Faile; and brothers, Jeff and Jessie Faile.

A funeral service, officiated by Pastor Chris Doster and the Rev. Steve Black, will be held 11 am on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Maranatha Baptist Church, 104 Downey Lake Road, Dallas. Visitation will be held 6 – 8 pm Wednesday at the church.

Burial will be in Olney Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Arrangements are with the South Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia. Condolences may be made online at www.
